RETURN POLICY

The refund and exchange policy lasts 30 days from the day you received your order.

Conditions for returns & changes:

  • Purchase receipt or invoice
  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. You will immediately receive a second notification to approve or decline your refund.


If approved, then the refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.


A refund may be declined due to incomplete information, as per our refund policy.

Late or non-refundable refundsn

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Products on sale

Refunds are allowed on regular priced products only. Products on sale cannot be returned.

Changes

Changes are made within 30 days from the day of delivery of the order.
In case your order arrived with a defective or damaged product. Please fill it out return form and we will answer you immediately about the next steps.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be emailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the giver sent the order to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the giver and they will know about your return.

Shipments & Returns

To return your product, you must complete the return form which you will find on our page, and we will inform you immediately about the next steps.

The shipping costs for the return of the product are borne by you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you can use a tracked shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned product.
